SHIPPING TOP

We offer many premade ready to ship items however many are custom made just for you!  This means that each item is handcrafted and individually constructed.  Most items ship within 7-10 business days from the date is is received unless stated otherwise.  We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible.  It is a priority to us!  Please allow 2 weeks for production of your customized item.

All packages are shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Provided that your entire order will be shipped to the same address, shipping is a flate rate of $7.95 and orders over $200 will ship free.  To ship to more than one address you will need to place separate orders.

At this time, we only ship in the continental United States.  We are not processing orders for overseas sales.  If you would like an order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for current shipping rates.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS TOP

We use Paypal as our Secure Server, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, echeck, and you can pay directly from your bank account.  Paypal is fast and easy to use, and you don't need a paypal account in order to use paypal as a payment method. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES TOP

We feel confident that you will be delighted with your Bitty Buttons purchase.  However, if you are not satisfied with your merchandise let us know and we will be happy to address your concern.

Returns will be accepted for store credit.

If there is a problem with your order we must be advised within 7 business days of receipt of your order.  Of course, if we've made a mistake, we will make it right!  No returns will be accepted after 7 business days.  Shipping to be paid by the buyer. 

Custom items or items that have been personalized may not be returned.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please make sure items are unused, unwashed and in the original condition.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is not in it's original state.

PRODUCT CARE AND SIZING TOP

We recommend washing your Bitty Buttons clothing turned inside out (to protect any embellishments) on cold gentle cycle and hanging to dry.  Most garments are 100% cotton and may shrink slightly if placed in dryer. If ironing is needed, press with steam iron on the wrong side of fabric avoiding embellishment.

All embellishments are decorative and are NOT TOYS.  By buying from us you agree not to hold Bitty Buttons or it's creators responsible for accidents or injuries.

All bows on our garments have been heat sealed and sewn to prevent fraying.  If an item has an applique that is not zig zag stitched. please be aware that some fraying will occur around edges and that this is normal and should be expected.  This adds look and character to the applique.

Most Bitty Buttons clothing runs true to size but a few things are a bit generous.  If you are concerned about sizing or would like measurements on a certain gament please feel free to contact me via e-mail in the contact section.  In the end, this will ensure fit and save you money in shipping and frustration.

We do our best to reply to your questions as soon as possible.  Our goal is to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please keep in mind that we have certain times of the year that are busier than others and communication may take longer.

We ask that you remember that Bitty Buttons is a small cottage business specializing in handmade clothing.  Though we try hard to avoid making mistakes. it is more than likely that a few will happen every now and then.  We ask that you kindly bring these to our attention if necessary and to know that a mishap with your order is never intentional. When we do need to correct something, we will do so with the utmost speed possible.
